TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I am here to guide you, but ultimately you must take responsibility for achieving your goals, therefore:
You will sign up to a monthly direct debit that will continue until you cancel it, which you may do at any time.
There are no refunds on any of my fitness packages, except for in exceptional circumstances*. The financial outlay forms part of your commitment to stick with the program.
If you have subscribed for online training, you will receive a new personalised workout plan every month unless you fail to maintain contact with me. I cannot safely set you a new workout without knowing how you have progressed. If you have allowed things to slip, don’t endlessly fret about it - just get back in contact with me and we will conduct a review to get you back on track.
All in-person sessions are subject to a 48 hour cancellation policy. Sessions cancelled with 48 hours notice can be rescheduled, sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be forfeited.
If you are subscribed to a monthly in-person training plan and know you will be going away, let me know as soon as you have booked the trip and we can come to an arrangement about the sessions you will miss.
Skype calls are subject to a 24 hour cancellation policy.
*Exceptional circumstances include the death of a close relative, serious illness or medical condition, or house move that prevents participation in the program. Proof may be required.
